Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria

The location was great, perfect for exploring Alexandria. However, there were some cleanliness issues and problems with the room amenities. The room itself was excellent and had a secure parking area. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The room we got after changing was a significant improvement from the first one - comfy beds and nice setup. The lobby lounge and the outdoor terrace were chill spots to relax after a day out exploring. However, the unexpected parking fees at $32 per night were a bit of a surprise. 🏨

Great way to end our new year. We stayed in suite with free wi-fi, everything was great.

I stayed here 1 night and I liked it. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control and a couch bed in the room.

The staff printed important documents during my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, airport shuttle, fitness center. I always come back for city trips.

Came in Alexandria to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was nice place for doing it. Booked a room with balcony. The location was decent, around 10-15 minutes walk from an Episcopal church. We loved the local cuisine in the restaurant.

At the hotel's on-site restaurant, The Fin and Hoof Restaurant and Bar, I indulged in savory American favorites prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The flavors were so delicious, it felt like a culinary journey through the heart of Virginia, leaving me with a happy, satisfied soul.

The suite was amazing, with separate work and relaxation areas. The bed was luxurious and super comfy. I loved having a microwave, fridge, and two big TVs in the room. It felt like a home away from home.

I wasn't a big fan of the seating area in some rooms; I found it a bit cramped.

Great location, only a short walk to Old Town and easy access to DC. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the nearby park by the water was a hidden gem, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

Check-in process was a disaster. Had to wait for hours for my room, and when I finally got it, it wasn't the one I had booked.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria was mostly enjoyable, with friendly staff and a prime location. However, parking and noise from construction were minor annoyances. Despite these hiccups, I appreciate the cleanliness and overall pleasant experience. I look forward to returning.

The comfortable bed and modern bathroom added to our overall comfort. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service, which was convenient for our transit stay. It would have been nice if there was a shuttle to nearby attractions, as the hotel's location is okay but not directly in the downtown area.

Chose this hotel for a business conclave; it offered 5,568 square feet of event space equipped with AV equipment and professional catering, which was ideal for our corporate event. The staff was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, making it a productive stay for our team.

The only service that I missed for my work was the unavailability of a business center for last-minute printing needs.

Great location, just a short walk to the train station and easy access to the city and attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to assist me when I left my passport behind. the restaurant downstairs was also pretty good.

If you're traveling for leisure, the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions. there was some noise due to renovation work and loud music playing outside on Saturday.

I was in town for the George Washington Parkway Classic and Sheraton was super convenient! Loved the pool for laps, easy to find, within walking distance of shops, parks, restaurants, and churches. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. They are taking steps to maintain a clean, safe, inviting place to stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
